Clients may request to cancel an event or booking by contacting Sunday Baby directly.
Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on:

  • Time remaining before the event

  • Work already completed

  • Supplies/materials purchased for your event

If Sunday Baby must cancel due to emergencies, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

6. Event Expectations

By booking with Sunday Baby, you understand that:

  • Event results may vary based on venue, lighting, weather, or third-party limitations

  • Some themes, materials, or designs may not be available

  • Sunday Baby will aim to recreate your vision but cannot guarantee identical results to inspiration images

Safety guidelines (especially for baking, crafts, and kid-friendly parties) must be followed at all times.

7. Portfolio Use

Sunday Baby may use photos or videos from your event for:

  • Website galleries

  • Social media

  • Promotional materials

If you prefer not to have your photos used, please request this in writing before the event.

8. Third-Party Services

Some events may involve external vendors (balloons, rentals, cakes, etc.).
Sunday Baby is not responsible for:

  • Vendor delays

  • Vendor damages

  • Vendor mistakes or cancellations

We do our best to recommend trusted partners.

9. Liability

Sunday Baby is not liable for:

  • Injuries during events

  • Damages caused by guests, children, or venue conditions

  • Lost or stolen items

Clients assume responsibility for ensuring a safe environment.
